SHIPPING GUIDELINES Post Office Box Address: Due to carrier restrictions, our current shipment regulations do not allow shipments to P.O. Box addresses. APO and FPO Address: Due to UPS and FedEx Restrictions, our current shipment regulations do not allow shipments to U.S. Military addresses such as APO and FPO. International Addresses: Due to our manufacturer agreements, we are not permitted to ship products to addresses outside the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. SHIPPING TIME LINES: 95% of all orders get shipped within 1 or 5 business days upon payment. Delivery time for UPS & FedEx ground is 3 to 6 business days. USPS Shipments 2 to 3 business days Some items must ship by truck, please allow 5 to 10 days for truck deliveries. REFUSED OR UNREACHABLE DELIVERIES If the shipment is "returned to shipper", The Inside Outside Stores will then credit the customer less the 30% restocking fee and All shipping and handling charges,( it’s only free shipping if you keep the order) including all items paid for that returns with those refused boxes. We want you to be satisfied with all merchandise purchased through Inside Outside Stores and ask that you carefully read our return policies below: The Inside Outside Stores offers a 10 DAY RETURN POLICY for products purchased directly from The Inside Outside Stores on an approved case by case basis, provided that the product is returned in the original "SEALED, UNOPENED BOX. The Inside Outside Stores reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on any merchandise returned. The Inside Outside Stores will refuse any returned merchandise if items are not returned in the original “SEALED, UNOPENED BOX”. Customer is responsible for insuring each return and all carrier shipping charges on the return. The Inside Outside Stores will not accept returns via any other carrier other than UPS or FedEx. A return lable will be issued. The product must be returned unopened in saleable condition. Defective or DOA Merchandise: We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is defective, but at the same time you have to realize that it is not our fault either if a product is defective – or damaged in shipping, we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement and we will pay to ship the replacement.
