Order Acceptance Policy Order Acceptance Policy Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Airbediq reserves the right to either accept or decline any order for any reason. Airbediq Reserves the right to supply less than the quantity of any item ordered. It is customer's responsibility to verify accuracy and completeness of an order by reviewing order confirmation email, open your package and inspect upon receipt. Large and expensive items over and items over $100 and some special order items will be charged at the time the order is placed with our distributor. Custom orders such as Bedding, Furniture items and others will be charged at the time of order.All Returned checks and credit card charges are subject to a 35.00 service charge. Shipping Information We ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Most orders are shipped between 24 - 72 hours after being received. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and do our best to ship it as soon as we can. We will ship your order by either UPS, Fedex, DHL USPS or common carrier (most furniture will ship common carrier) Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways. In addition, due to costs involved, items that are shipped via Truck will be charged a 30% restocking fee if refused. We will do our very best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability, each and every time. Before returning an item, you must get a Return Authorization number (to ensure proper tracking of your return). Any unused, resalable merchandise in original condition (and in their original boxes or packages) may be returned for exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt (less the shipping cost). A 30% restocking fee will apply when returning all items. Customers are responsible for shipping items back and shipping charges are not refundable. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: Any and all bedding or bedding related items, Mattress Pads and Overlays, Pillows, Cushions, Mattresses, Adjustable Beds, Special Purchases such as Glider Rockers and Crib Bedding and any "Truck Shipment" (large and/or heavy) items are not returnable due to their weight and high shipping costs. Defective and or damaged items will be repaired or replaced at no charge! Not all products will have all shipping options available.
